How does the rotation work?
When you join GDI, your name will be added added to our list, with Trial Member alongside it – this is to reserve your position as everyone in the list is placed strictly according to the date they joined. When your free trial ends and you join GDI you’ll become a full member of our team, and you’ll be given our more detailed Training Guide and access to our Team Forum.
This is where you’ll be able to see the list and monitor your progress, and it’s a requirement that each member registers there. Anyone who doesn’t obviously has no interest in monitoring how they’re doing, and isn’t taking their business {or ours} seriously.
Our second requirement is that everyone sets up their personal rotator to promote their team links {you only ever need to use the single link to your rotator}, and we’ll give you easy, step-by-step instructions on how to do this – it only takes a few minutes.

It’s important to note that our objective is to get six referrals each {as that’s all we need to begin our journey towards financial freedom},and six only. After that we focus on getting six for those people, and this is how the process continues: your income will continue to grow as each person in your down-line acquires their six, steadily building each level.
Occasionally it happens that the person in the #1 position might acquire more than the six they need before we can update the list, and in that case any “extras” should be moved below one of your other down-line members. Why? Because of GDI’s commission structure, both of you will now receive commissions instead of only you. However you can only move your down-line members during their free trial period, and not after they’ve joined. Full instructions on how to do this are in your GDI back office.

What if I manage to get some referrals of my own while I’m waiting to get to the #1 spot in the rotation: will the team still get me another six?
No, because remember that each of us only ever need a maximum of six on our first level. After that, our objective is to get our six down-line members their six too –not just keep building one-dollar commissions for ourselves.
If you’re fortunate enough to acquire some personal referrals before you get to the #1 position, it puts you in a much-improved situation as your new people will now also be included in the rotation list. And when they reach the top and cycle {which puts even more of your new referrals into the list} this is when you begin to see the multiplier effect kicking in. It was exactly this process which allowed our founder Sam Byars to retire in May 2010 with a personal income of over $20,000 a month, in less than a year of using this system with GDI.

Can I have more than one position in the team?
Absolutely, and in fact Sam achieved his current income by opening a second position for his wife, and later on a third one for his son. Various other people “benefactor” friends and family members; however it’s important to note that you can’t open multiple “fake” positions. Every member is required to join our team forum and set up their rotators, and as we monitor activity there, any totally inactive members do not move up in our list – they remain “frozen” at the bottom of the list, and active members overtake them.

So that’s how I can be sure that the whole team is promoting MY link when I get to the #1 position?
Correct. And it’s why we insist that everyone sets up their personal rotator. All we ever ask of our members is that they contribute as much as they can, whenever they can, to the best of their skills and abilities.
Anyone can do this from anywhere in the world {and remember we have members in almost 80 countries now, from all walks of life and with very different levels of internet experience}.
We don’t ask or expect anyone to become marketing wizards overnight {although we give you all the tools and resources you’ll ever need to become a wizard!}, but if we see that someone is showing zero activity over a one-month period, we’ll first contact them to ask if there’s some problem we may be able to help them with before leaving them static in the list.
This is only fair to the active members who are really working at their business – nobody is here to “carry” freeloaders and time-wasters
.

But what if I’m away on vacation, on a course, or I have to go into hospital – does that mean I’ll be frozen in the list?
No, it doesn’t. We all have busy lives and have multiple things going on which we have to deal with besides the internet. However if you expect to be away from your computer for over a month, all you need to do islet us know, and nothing will change. Your position will be maintained for you until you get back.

When I log into my GDI account I see a pop-up advertising Premium GDI – should I join that too?
That’s entirely your decision. We don’t recommend it to our team members however, since although Premium GDI offers an excellent commission IF someone in your down-line upgrades under you, at this point in time you obviously won’t have a down-line yet. It may be very worthwhile later on once you do, but for now you’d do better to use the money to open a new position {provided the position will be active} or spend it on advertising.

Your ads say that you guarantee I’ll get sign-ups even if I can’t recruit for myself. So how come you insist that I promote if you say you’ll do it for me? That’s going back on what you promised.
There is a vast difference between being unable to recruit, and not lifting a finger to even try. This system depends on each member at least making a contribution, and so consider this. If we filled our list with people who were all inactive, how would it ever progress?
Nobody in our Admin team receives a single cent for all the work we do on our members’ behalf {including the fact that we use our own money for paid ad campaigns}, and our early experience demonstrated that because unlike most of the “clone teams” who have copied our system we’ll always keep membership 100% free to join, some people will try to take advantage and leave everything to their fellow team members.
Again, this is a real business. On or offline, if you don’t turn up for work, you won’t be paid. It really is as simple as that. So our promise isn’t that we guarantee you’ll get sign-ups no matter what: it’s that we’ll work for you and with you to guarantee them.

I’m already with another team, and I only wanted to see what your team is about and what you can do for me. Can I still join you even although I already have a GDI account?
The answer is no, you can’t.You first need to cancel your present GDI account {or open a new one with a different user-name} and join again under someone in our team. Ask yourself this: why do you want to switch teams – because the one you’re with has let you down or costs too much because they insist you join other programs to “make it work?”
If so, then when you acquire sign-ups via our team you’ll still be building an income for your present up-line. Why would you want to do that if they’ve done nothing for you? And meantime you don’t benefit anyone in this team, other than by agreeing to promote with us. It’s far better for you and all of us if you make a brand new start.

My sponsor in GST isn’t helping me or answering any of my emails: what should I do?
This will never happen on this team, IF you stick to our protocol of copying ALL email correspondence to your sponsor, your up line, and our Admin-Team. This way each of us will have a better understanding of your personal situation, circumstances, and requirements, and one of us will always get back to you quickly.
Our Admin people are located in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK, and so at least one or more of us are always awake and ready to reply to you no matter where in the world you are yourself.
In addition, our team forum is a great resource where you can have any questions answered by our other team members –either by posting a question, or by logging in to the Chat Box where anyone who is there will reply in real time.
